This band is the youngest band that have the number album in the history of the music world! the band was formed by Tom Fletcher when he wasn't chosen to be a member of Busted... poor him.. but if it wasn't for that there wouldn't be McFly--at all! So Yey for him!

They've been a very big hit in the UK since well.. they are British after all.. hahah... their debut single "Five Colours in Her Hair" from their debut album "Room on the Third Floor" instantly made it to number one! Wow talk about instant! Cool! Spankin'
They've got their first appearance in the US when they were in the movie "Just My Luck" with Lindsay Lohan.. yeah yeah...
McFly won lots and lots of awards from their looks to their music! *raises eyes brows* c'mon! admit it guys! these boys are soo hott! with double T! :D lots and lots of fangirls out there .. again.. *roll eyes* c'mon girlz.. they're all taken! Sorry! hahaha!!
In 2004, they won five
Smash Hits Awards including 'Stars of the Year', 'Best UK Band', 'Best Album' (for Room on the 3rd Floor), 'Best Video' (for "That Girl"), 'Best Stars of the Year' and Danny Jones won 'Most Fanciable Male'.The following year they beat their previous number of awards by winning 'Stars of the Year', 'Best UK Band', 'Best Single' (for "All About You"), 'Best Album' (for Wonderland), while Danny Jones won 'Most Snoggable Male' and Dougie Poynter won 'Top Mop'.
Also in 2005, they won 'Best Pop Act' at the BRIT Awards.
The band won 'Best Group' and Dougie Poynter won 'Most Fanciable Male' in the Virgin.net Music Awards for 2006. McFly also won 'Best Band' at the first annual Nickelodeon UK Kids Choice Awards, which they hosted.
On November 6, 2007 it was announced McFly had won 'Best Pop Act' at the UK Festival Awards 2007 for their appearance at the V Festival in August.They also won Best Live Act at the Virgin.net Music Awards 2007 and Dougie Poynter won Most Fanciable Male for the second year in a row!!!! You hear us people? TWO YEARS IN A ROW!!
